DIN 84 M4 × 10 is a cheese head screw with a 10 mm nominal length, on a M4 × 0.7 mm metric thread. A cylindrical head with a straight slot drive. Still common in instrument and electrical work, though pozidriv and hexalobular drives have largely replaced it in volume assembly.
